Roadside Assistance

The core business of the Technical Assistance department in Orion Assistance is provision of road-side assistance to clients of insurance companies who experience breakdowns on the roads in Turkey. The concept of road-side assistance in Turkey has developed due to the fact that there is hardly any functioning automobile club in Turkey. This process involves determination of the precise localization of the vehicle and sending experts to the site of the breakdown in order to assess the situation, and when necessary, to tow the car to a certified garage, where the car can be repaired. At some instances, the vehicle has to be repatriated back to home country due to inappropriateness of the owner for a long drive, or due to other reasons, in which case, all the customs formalities for exit of the vehicle out of Turkey are dealt with.
